Model for Sustainable and Responsible Management

Consultant Social Institute (BSI) is launching the Qualification Program for the Third Sector Biguaçu County. Using the trademark REDE 3 SECTOR Biguaçu and slogan Biguaçu Model is the focus of the program will enhance the consolidation of a Model for Sustainable and Responsible Management for NGOs County. The ICS initiative has the institutional support of the Presidency of the Board of Aldermen of Biguaçu.

The first step will be a cycle of six lectures on the axis of responsible and sustainable management in the 3rd Sector Management and Institutional Organization Legislation and Legal Aspects of Private and Public, Administrative Aspects and Accountability, Fiscal Management and Accounting; Uptake Responsible and Sustainable Resources, Communication and Marketing for NGOs; Web and Social Networking in the 3rd Sector.

All the NGOs County Biguaçu have assured their participation, simply to register on the site of ICS (www.consultorsocial.com.br) or the ballot of the Board of the Journal and Biguaçu Biguaçu in Focus.

The Qualification Program NGO County Biguaçu which also comprises the municipalities of Governador Celso Ramos and Antônio Carlos is supported by a broad research profile of all entities in the region, carried out by ICS. It was identified the urgent need for an improvement in the management process and organization of these legal and institutional entities, be they trade associations or communities, cooperatives and other similar organizations.
